Taking a serious drink,
not so seriously

Wine is serious, but we shouldn’t be so serious about wine…

I love wine. No, I have a PASSION for wine. Sometimes, however, I think we might be taking it a bit too serious.

Not that we shouldn’t, mind you, there’s a lot that goes into a bottle of wine. I love that. I love the science behind wine, I love the nuance. Making wine is a craft, it’s an art, frankly. We should respect it as such. But showing respect is different from being serious.

I’m here to help break down the boundaries that we as wine lovers have built over the years. Wine should be approachable, and fun, as well as delicious.

Let’s put the “Fun” back in “FUme blaNc”.
